Company Description Quantum Solutions, headquartered at Oxford, is specialized in commercialization of the Short-Wave InfraRed (SWIR) semiconductor materials and imaging systems based on Quantum Dot technology.
Role Description To support our continued growth in the imaging industry, we are seeking a motivated Marketing Specialist to drive our digital marketing, exhibitions, and public relations efforts for Short-Wave Infrared (SWIR) camera and payload products . This is a unique opportunity to join a growing tech company with a diverse and international team.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Digital marketing: Design promotional materials, white papers, video/photo content, technical documentation, and presentations Manage and optimise our websites Execute LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns Arrange the webinars PR: Develop and publish content (blog articles, press releases) Coordinate outreach to media and journals Support award submissions and brand presence Exhibitions & Events: Coordinate in planning, preparing materials, and executing exhibitions and commercial events Market Research: Conduct industry analysis to identify trends and product opportunities Analyse the size of the market, price discoveries Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams to improve tools, workflows, and customer engagement
QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: 2–5 years in marketing or business development, preferably within the tech or hardware sector Proven track record in digital marketing, SEO, GEO, Google Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns Experience with AI tools for marketing (LLMs, Midjourney, Canva, Gamma, etc) Familiarity with graphic design, video editing, and website content management Experience in organising events, community management, and media relations Skills and attributes: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field Proficient in marketing and design tools Strong writing and storytelling abilities Familiarity with AI tools for content generation, graphic design, presentations and automation Customer-centric, results-driven, and self-starting Well-organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative Open to feedback and eager to grow
