Role Description

To support our continued growth in the imaging industry, we are seeking a motivated Marketing Specialist to drive our digital marketing, exhibitions, and public relations efforts for Short-Wave Infrared (SWIR) camera and payload products. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing tech company with a diverse and international team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Digital marketing:

• Design promotional materials, white papers, video/photo content, technical documentation, and presentations
• Manage and optimise our websites
• Execute LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns
• Arrange the webinars

PR:

• Develop and publish content (blog articles, press releases)
• Coordinate outreach to media and journals
• Support award submissions and brand presence

Exhibitions & Events:

• Coordinate in planning, preparing materials, and executing exhibitions and commercial events

Market Research:

• Conduct industry analysis to identify trends and product opportunities
• Analyse the size of the market, price discoveries

Cross-Team Collaboration:

• Work with internal teams to improve tools, workflows, and customer engagement

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience:

• 2–5 years in marketing or business development, preferably within the tech or hardware sector
• Proven track record in digital marketing, SEO, GEO, Google Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns
• Experience with AI tools for marketing (LLMs, Midjourney, Canva, Gamma, etc)
• Familiarity with graphic design, video editing, and website content management
• Experience in organising events, community management, and media relations

Skills and attributes:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Proficient in marketing and design tools
• Strong writing and storytelling abilities
• Familiarity with AI tools for content generation, graphic design, presentations and automation
• Customer-centric, results-driven, and self-starting
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative
• Open to feedback and eager to grow
