Someone who takes initiative and genuinely loves connecting people through marketing that feels real.Why You'll Love Working With UsMake an Impact: Join a business with an established tone of voice and an engaged customer base, giving your work immediate traction and visibility.No Red Tape: Collaborate directly with the Operations Manager, test ideas, tweak campaigns, and implement strategies.Stay Ahead: We encourage learning and experimentation with emerging digital marketing tools and trends to keep our approach fresh and effective.Real Autonomy: You’ll have the freedom to lead campaigns end-to-end, from strategy to execution, in a hands-on, results-driven environment.Customer-Centric Focus: Your insights will shape campaigns that genuinely connect with WA’s farming community - a loyal, practical audience who values authenticity.What You'll Be DoingDigital Strategy: Plan and execute strategic marketing campaigns and events across different platforms, aligned with business goals (lead generation and product promotions).Social Media: Coordinating and implementing our content calendar (Trello & Canva).Email Marketing: Build and schedule campaigns via Mailchimp, segment lists, run automations, and monitor engagement.Website: Updating and maintaining our website content (Wordpress) and helping track engagement and performance metrics to learn what works.Paid Advertising: Manage end-to-end Meta and Google ad campaigns, including copywriting, targeting, testing, and performance reporting.SEO: Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve search visibility.Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on web traffic, ad performance, funnels, email campaigns, and other metrics via Google Analytics and platform-specific tools.You're Probably a Match If You…Have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in customer service, content creation, and digital marketing with a strong grasp of full-funnel strategy and optimization.Are proficient with Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Mailchimp.Know how to interpret and act on data - you don't just report metrics, you use them to inform strategy.Understand funnel logic, lead magnets, customer journeys, and warm-up sequences.Have strong instincts for short-form content and conversion copy that feels human and compelling.Have advanced proficiency in Google Analytics (including GA4 migration experience).Have permanent work rights in Australia.To apply, please submit your CV or summary of experience, including references, a cover letter outlining why you're interested in this role, and a portfolio or examples of campaigns/accounts you've worked on. #J-18808-Ljbffr
