We’re growing fast and want a creative, motivated marketing professional to help tell our story, build our brand, and support our expansion. ‍ About the Role: You’ll play a key role in shaping how we attract both new clients and top-tier mortgage brokers to join our network. Working directly with leadership, you’ll help deliver smart, strategic marketing campaigns across digital channels, drive engagement, and grow brand awareness in a highly competitive market. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and manage engaging content across our social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) Assist with digital marketing campaigns to attract both customers and new broker talent Help manage email campaigns, newsletters, and internal communications Update and maintain website content in line with our growth strategy Monitor analytics and report on campaign performance Support marketing for local events, sponsorships, and PR activity We’re Looking For: A recent graduate in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field A good understanding of social media trends and digital marketing techniques Strong writing and content creation skills (design tools like Canva or Adobe are a bonus!)
