We’re looking for a  Marketing Executive  to join us at  First Mortgage Solutions , a forward-thinking mortgage and protection brokerage with big plans. Our goal is clear: to become the  network of choice for mortgage brokers across the UK  within the next five years. We’re growing fast and want a creative, motivated marketing professional to help tell our story, build our brand, and support our expansion.

You’ll play a key role in shaping how we attract both new clients and top-tier mortgage brokers to join our network. Working directly with leadership, you’ll help deliver smart, strategic marketing campaigns across digital channels, drive engagement, and grow brand awareness in a highly competitive market.

• Plan, create, and manage engaging content across our social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Assist with digital marketing campaigns to attract both customers and new broker talent
• Help manage email campaigns, newsletters, and internal communications
• Update and maintain website content in line with our growth strategy
• Monitor analytics and report on campaign performance
• Support marketing for local events, sponsorships, and PR activity

• A recent graduate in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field
• A good understanding of social media trends and digital marketing techniques
• Strong writing and content creation skills (design tools like Canva or Adobe are a bonus!)
• Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail and visual branding
• A self-starter attitude who’s excited by growth and wants to make a real impact
• An interest in financial services or willingness to learn about the industry
