OverviewThis role that you are applying for, will be working for KINTO-UK Ltd which is a Mobility Brand owned by the Toyota Group, offices located in Portsmouth. KINTO-UK share their HR function with Toyota Financial Services (TFS) in the UK, however the job being advertised will not be working directly for Toyota Financial Services.This is an exciting time to join the KINTO UK marketing team! As our company continues on its transformation to become a mobility company for the future, we need to ensure we have the right marketing team to support our goals. In this role, you will take a proactive approach in supporting the Marketing Manager to deliver on a wider range of marketing activities to support the wider marketing strategy plan for the company and its business units. A collaborative role, you’ll be working alongside great colleagues across KINTO UK as well as other Toyota entities in both the UK and Europe.ResponsibilitiesDrive the implementation of marketing campaigns and activities that meet the business objectives and drive leadsDevelopment and delivery of the content strategy for the KINTO UK, including website & social media, and liaising with the relevant agenciesSupport with the planning and coordination of KINTO internal and external eventsProvide the sales team with sales enablement tools, knowledge and skills to drive growth within their departments. Including the creation of a sales playbooks & content repositoriesManage, create and deliver the communications calendars for external and internal stakeholdersDevelop clear and concise briefs for approved marketing agencies, including design, web development and promotional materialsProduction, delivery and stock management of POS & marketing materialsConduct regular competitor research and provide benchmarking reports to support with the sales strategy and positioningBe the brand guardian, and ensure consistency across all marketing assets and campaignsEnsure regulatory compliance on any KINTO UK financial promotionsAttend regular sales team meetingsAct as a brand guardian across the business and other entitiesExperience you’ll gainA diverse marketing role, gaining experience across a multitude of marketing disciplines including social media, website, communications, sales enablement and eventsKey Experience & SkillsEducated to degree level in Marketing, Business or related field, or have 2 years experience in a similar marketing roleExperience delivering B2B and B2C marketing campaigns and customer communicationsExperience in financial service industry (regulated) is desirableAttributes & BehavioursA self-starter, with a can-do attitudeCustomer first approachAn excellent communicator, with a clear & collaborative styleOrganised with exceptional planning skillsStrong attention to detailCompetitive starting salaryBonus earning potential25 days holiday + 8 days bank holidayGreat pension scheme starting at employee (EE) contribution of 4% with an employer (ER) contribution of 11%.
