Marketing Campaign Specialist As the Marketing Campaign Specialist, you'll be responsible for planning, developing and delivering marketing campaigns across various channels such as; email, display, print and social media. You'll support the business's strategic objectives, and the marketing strategy by planning, owning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns. The campaign objectives will range from, increasing brand awareness to attracting prospects, client engagement, adviser business acquisitions and recruitment, amongst others where necessary. As our Marketing Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for: Working closely with the Digital and Direct Marketing Manager, as well as other members of the marketing team, you'll plan, own and deliver marketing campaigns on time and within budget Building and maintaining integral relationships with both internal and external stakeholders/suppliers in order to ensure an effective working relationship when managing campaigns Building campaign landing pages and website pages with the CMS Ensuring tracking is in place to accurately record KPIs such as; response rate, cost-per-lead, cost-per-meeting, ROI Accurately and effectively reporting MI from marketing campaigns and make recommendations off the back of the data Ensuring all content is fully compliant (e.g. copyright and data protection, financial services promotion) working with the internal Risk team Acting as a brand champion and advocate to the wider business, promoting the brand tone of voice to ensure that all campaign content is consistent, as well as ensuring the brand guidelines are adhered to Assisting the marketing team with other areas as and when required, and as priorities dictate What we are looking for in our ideal Marketing Campaign : Minimum of a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field, the equivalent of this requirement in working experience is also acceptable Digital content specialist experience, ideally in a financial services or regulated industry Excellent written communication and grammatical skills with the ability to take briefs and bring innovative ideas Good knowledge, or ability to learn use of web content management systems Demonstrable experience of delivery through internal stakeholders and 3rd parties/agencies for timely and efficient delivery of campaigns and content activities Solid understanding and appreciation of marketing and its principles.
