This role sits within the European Hub Marketing Services team as a Senior Manager focused on advancing business development opportunities across Europe under the Head of Business Development in Marketing Services.

What’s it all about?

The Senior Manager concentrates on business development, leading and analyzing the EU business development pipeline to ensure visibility and representing the EU in the Global Marketing Services Center of Excellence. The role also spearheads strategic projects, including project management of the monthly newsletter and coordination between the EU Hub and Global Marketing Services’ Hub for marketing collateral across the region.

What we expect of you, day to day

• Commercialization: Create sales forecasts and pipeline to actively work toward achieving them with cluster teams driving commercial opportunities across Europe through marketing services.
• Process Optimization: Audit, evaluate and recommend improvements to internal processes to support centralization of ways of working; participate in pitches, RFPs and strategic initiatives with new and existing clients.
• Collaboration with Global Teams: Partner with Global Marketing Services to develop market-ready collateral for client engagement (prospecting, RFP responses, pitch decks) for agreed plays.
• Information Management: Maintain understanding of brand, products, capabilities, and competition to inform positioning across use cases.
• Training and Distribution: Lead creation and distribution of sales training materials to upskill local market teams for upcoming opportunities.
• Value Proposition Development: Contribute to value propositions for key proposals with other functions, showcasing marketing services’ value to key audiences (e.g., GenZ, Affluent, UHNW, SMBs).
• External Communications & Third-Party Management: Outline opportunities to drive awareness through targeted ads, events, and stakeholder management; develop collateral with internal and agency partners for each use case.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

• Significant and demonstrable experience in sales, marketing, or consulting within the financial services sector.
• Analytical and problem-solving expertise with strong attention to detail; ability to structure and analyze financial models.
• Strong process orientation; capable of creating processes from scratch and driving continuous improvements.
• Technical proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; comfortable with data analysis and executive presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present to senior leaders.
• Proven ability to build relationships with partners and clients at multiple levels.
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced, matrixed environments; adaptable and able to multitask.
• Collaborative, innovative, proactive, and results-driven; eager to improve processes and outcomes.
