What You'll Own
- Partnership Development & Management — Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships across premium lifestyle sectors (luxury travel, wellness, retail, experiences, and services); research, approach, and secure partnership agreements with high-value suppliers; manage ongoing partner relationships and optimise performance through data-driven insights; develop partnership strategies that align with our premium brand positioning.
- Corporate Sales & Business Development — Target and engage corporate clients seeking innovative employee benefits; develop compelling value propositions for C-suite decision makers; write high-level sales presentations and materials and set up one-to-one meetings; build and maintain a robust corporate pipeline through strategic outreach.
- Direct Consumer Acquisition — Identify and engage professionals who have families or high-achieving couples who would benefit from our premium services; develop targeted campaigns for professionals with demanding careers and families; create personalised outreach strategies for private client acquisition.
- Marketing Operations & Content Creation — Manage CRM data integrity in HubSpot and maintain accurate prospect databases; create engaging content for LI and Instagram that builds brand authority; write compelling sales materials, presentation decks, and performance reports; design marketing assets using Canva and execute email campaigns via Mailchimp; update website copy and maintain our WordPress presence; track partnership ROI and implement creative growth strategies; use AI tools to 100x your work.
- Operations & Data Management — Manage the recommendations and data from partnership agreements; manage the workflow of our research team; provide monthly reporting on sales performance and key metrics.
- Brand Representation — Serve as the face of BlckBx at industry events, client meetings, and partner discussions; maintain our premium brand standards across all client interactions.
Who We\'re Looking For
- Essential Experience — Degree qualified (2:1 minimum) with 34 years in commercial marketing, partnerships, or business development; multi-company experience with demonstrated career progression and increasing responsibility; B2B expertise with experience in professional, corporate environments; versatile marketing background spanning events, PR, direct sales, or marketing communications; cross-channel experience across B2B, B2C, and B2B2C models.
- Technical Skills — Proficient in HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, WordPress, and Excel; proficient using ChatGPT, Claude and other LLMs and marketing/sales AI tools; strong analytical skills with ability to interpret performance data.
- Personal Attributes — Exceptional communicator who can engage confidently with senior executives and high-net-worth individuals; adaptable writer capable of switching between corporate gravitas and lifestyle appeal; commercial mindset with natural ability to spot and act on opportunities; self-starter who thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments; results-driven with track record of exceeding targets and KPIs.
- Preferred To Have — Professional marketing qualification (CIMA, CIM, or equivalent); experience in luxury, lifestyle, or premium service sectors; understanding of high-net-worth consumer behaviour; event management or experiential marketing background.
