We’re looking for a sharp Marketing Operations Manager to join our growing marketing team and play a critical role in scaling our growth engine. This role is perfect for someone who loves turning complexity into clarity. You’ll ensure our marketing programmes run smoothly, efficiently, and measurably – enabling the team to focus on driving pipeline and growth.
You’ll manage the marketing tech stack, lead reporting and attribution, streamline campaign operations, and support the team in delivering a best-in-class marketing function. What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee marketing systems and operations, ensuring campaigns and lead flows are properly set up, nurtured, and integrated with sales processes.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track performance, attribution, and ROI – partnering closely with IT and Data team to ensure one version of truth.
- Implement and optimise campaign execution processes across channels, including tagging, testing, and performance reviews (e.g. optimising email marketing workflows – ensuring effective segmentation, journey design, and performance monitoring).
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless handoffs, aligned MQL definitions, and consistent lead scoring methodology.
- Monitor and govern marketing data quality and database/list management.
- Support budget tracking and forecasting, ensuring spend is aligned to performance and commercial goals.
- Identify opportunities for process streamlining to improve team productivity and insight.
About You, You Have
- Proven experience in marketing operations
- Experience in marketing automation
- Proficiency in analytics and dashboarding tools (e.g. PowerBI, Google Analytics)
- Understanding of lead cycle management, campaign attribution
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- A background in Fintech or financial services, ideally with growth-stage/ scale-up exposure
- Understands agile ways of working
