Marketing Operations Change Manager

with proven agency experience for an initial

6-month contract

to lead transformational change across our 50-person production team. You'll need to understand the fast-paced world of global marketing campaign delivery - working with teams managing workflows, versioning, and quality control for international brands. This isn't a corporate change role; it's about transforming how a creative production agency delivers at pace and scale. This is a high-impact contract opportunity to drive critical process improvements through delivery in January 2026 and the initial phases of our rolling implementation programme.
