Key Responsibilities
Support the development of OIC Brighton's marketing plan and budget to ensure effective delivery of campaigns and initiatives. Balance local and global positioning to help OIC Brighton stand out in a competitive marketplace. Demonstrate flexibility and creativity in adapting plans as priorities evolve.
Performance and Insight
Use data and insights to evaluate performance and guide decision-making. Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Track key performance indicators and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Campaign Execution
Collaborate with digital, communications, admissions, and design colleagues to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms. Generate creative ideas to attract prospective parents and engage current families. Work with the academic team to highlight educational achievements and key initiatives. Create and maintain engaging marketing assets including prospectus, newsletters, web content, and social media materials. Provide the Global Recruitment Team with up-to-date materials and tools to support international agents.
Brand and Reputation
Uphold and enhance OIC Brighton's brand identity across all communications. Develop and deliver high‑quality, visually engaging marketing materials and campaigns. Ensure consistency across digital, print, and event marketing channels. Support delivery of open events, fairs, and promotional activities to showcase the College.
Professional Development
Take ownership of your own learning and professional growth. Stay informed about best practices in education marketing and communications. Collaborate closely with the wider MAC team to share insights and contribute to continuous improvement.
Person Specification Skills and Experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to produce accurate, high‑quality marketing content. Experience managing and growing social media engagement. Strong digital literacy and familiarity with marketing platforms. Graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools) desirable. Experience using email campaign software is an advantage. Understanding of the school admissions process, particularly in an international context, is desirable. A passion for photography and videography woud be desirable, or a willingness to learn. Experience working with international families and education agents preferred. Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends to support College events.

Working Hours This is a full‑time, permanent role. Normal working hours are 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Benefits
