We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and flexible volunteer to increase awareness, engagement, and support for our club through creative and consistent digital marketing across social media, email, and the club’s website. What difference will you make? You will help us drive awareness, interest, and participation in the handball sport game, both within our local community and at the national level. You will use cost‑effective resources and platforms to maximise our club’s effectiveness in socially reaching, attracting, engaging, and retaining new audiences and priority physically inactive groups within our local community into the handball sport. What are we looking for? We are looking for a dedicated volunteer to support our mission in promoting well‑being by encouraging participation in handball across all ages and backgrounds, and to eager to make a meaningful impact in their community. Skills & Experience
2+ years experience in digital marketing Experience with B2C social media, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and email campaigns and SEO/SEM Analytical mindset and critical thinking Organised and self‑motivated, with a good eye for detail Experience with websites or email platforms (e.g., Wix, Mailchimp) is a bonus but not essential
What will you be doing? Paid Media Management
Launch, optimise, and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other channels.
Performance Analysis
Monitor key metrics and continuously refine strategies to improve results.
Messaging & Strategy
Work with internal teams to develop high‑performing ad creatives and messaging for different audiences.
Campaign Execution
Own end‑to‑end setup, management, and reporting of digital marketing campaigns.
Essential Skills
Proficient in social media management across multiple platforms. Experienced in managing and optimising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Able to track and analyse digital content performance, reporting monthly against annual KPIs. Skilled in managing the website’s daily operations, including implementing SEO best practices. Capable of creating and scheduling social media campaigns, including publishing and community management. Experienced in conducting keyword research and on‑page optimisation to improve search rankings and drive organic traffic. Competent in analysing analytics and engagement metrics to evaluate and improve campaign performance.
