Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver integrated multi-channel campaigns (email, digital, web, social, SEO, PPC, print, partnerships) to achieve visitor and exhibitor targets.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Produce and optimise marketing content, collateral, and assets across digital and offline channels.
  • Manage budgets, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective and deliver strong ROI.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and senior management to align strategies and deliverables.
  • Support brand consistency across all campaigns and strengthen presence in key industries.
  • Use analytics tools to track, report, and optimise campaign performance.
  • Build and nurture relationships with associations, media, and key stakeholders to extend event reach.
  • Drive visitor registrations and exhibitor engagement through targeted campaigns and sponsorship promotion.

    • Ideal Background

  • 3-5 years' experience in exhibitions or large-scale B2B events marketing.
  • Strong digital marketing expertise, including CRM, automation, SEO, and paid media.
  • Demonstrated success in campaign management with a focus on lead generation and ROI.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Organised, data-driven, and commercially minded, with a proactive and innovative approach.
