With a strong focus on innovation, quality, and customer experience, they continue to drive rapid growth across their diverse portfolio.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Building and executing marketing strategies that deliver both long-term growth and short-term winsLeading fully integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, and social channelsOwning the brand identity from tone of voice and POS to social content that captures our audienceGetting hands-on with everything from menus and digital assets to launch campaigns and in-store materialsUsing data and performance insights to optimise results and drive continuous improvementManaging budgets, agencies, and external partners to deliver high-impact work on time and on brandThe Successful ApplicantAbout You:Currently working in QSR or FMCG sectors.Franchisee marketing experience is a plus.Skilled at both planning strategies and getting hands-on to deliver campaigns.Commercially focused and results-driven, understanding how brand affects business outcomes.Strong analytical and project management skills.Uses data to make decisions and handle multiple tasks efficiently.Excellent communicator who works well with different teams and stakeholdersWhat\'s on OfferBasic salary: £40,000 - £55,000.30 days annual leave (plus 1 additional day each year, up to 5 extra days).Pension scheme and employee discounts across all brands.A key role in shaping the future of a fast-growing QSR brand.Genuine opportunities for career progression.Based in Brentford, West London.This is a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Manager to make a significant impact in the business services sector.
