Their focus lies in delivering exceptional customer experience (CX) platforms, partnering with global leaders to provide innovative, scalable, and impactful technology.The RoleWe are seeking a strategic and hands-on Account-Based Marketing Manager to lead and execute targeted marketing initiatives that drive engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue from high-value accounts. This is a functional specialist role within the wider Marketing team, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing. The ABM Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering personalised, insight-led campaigns that form part of the wider company Marketing Strategy, which is owned and directed by the Head of Marketing. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment, understand the intricacies of ABM, and collaborate effectively across sales, marketing, and partner teams to drive measurable impact.Key ResponsibilitiesABM Programming: Develop and execute ABM campaigns that support strategic pipeline acceleration and account engagement.Align campaign execution with lead generation goals to support new business development.Maintain strong cross-functional communication to identify blockers, optimise funnel performance, and convert leads into revenue.Campaign Creation & Execution: Lead the planning and delivery of integrated ABM campaigns aligned with business objectives, focusing on lead generation, conversion, and ROI.Support the Head of Marketing with ABM execution by delivering high quality content and campaigns which capture and nurture high potential leads.Work proactively with Sales and Business Development teams to identify and target prospects, and define select personas in line with the wider strategyCo-develop strategies that accelerate pipeline and improve conversion.Act as a key connector between marketing and sales, driving alignment through regular communication, shared insights, and feedback loops.Collaborate across teams to optimise the marketing funnel—pinpointing challenges, removing blockers, and launching targeted campaigns that enhance lead quality and drive results.Content Development: Create high-quality, personalised content (e.g., case studies, whitepapers, email sequences, webinar materials) that resonates with target accounts and supports the buyer journey.Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute campaigns that nurture relationships and accelerate deals.Data Management & Communication: Maintain and manage accurate account data within HubSpot and other platforms to ensure campaign precision and segmentation.Monitor engagement metrics and ensure streamlined communication across ABM programs.Campaign Performance Tracking: Use HubSpot and other analytics tools to track campaign performance across key metrics including engagement, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and ROI.Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to stakeholders, and continuously optimise campaigns based on performance data.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales leaders to ensure campaign content aligns with broader objectives and delivers impact.Budget Support: Assist in forecasting and managing ABM campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum ROI.Skills & Experience4+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on ABM.Proven success in driving pipeline growth through targeted, data-driven campaigns.Proficiency in HubSpot CRM, marketing automation and content creation.Strong copywriting and content creation skills.Excellent stakeholder management skills – both internally and externally.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise strategy.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.Experience in networking and building strategic relationships.SaaS marketing experienceWhy Join?They are certified as a Great Place To Work, with 98% of employees reporting a welcoming experience upon joining.
