We’re ambitious, commercially minded and looking for someone who shares that energy.The RoleYou’ll turn our marketing plans into reality. Reporting to the Marketing lead, you’ll coordinate projects, keep campaigns moving and make sure every piece lands on time. It’s a hands-on role for a doer who loves ticking tasks off and seeing results rather than writing strategy from scratch.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing coordination & project managementBuild project timelines and chase deliverablesKeep stakeholders updated on status and next stepsContent & creative collationGather copy, imagery and design assets from internal teams and freelancersEnsure everything’s on-brand and delivered on scheduleEmail & direct-mail buildsSet up, segment and send campaigns in HubSpotRun A/B tests and monitor performance metricsSocial scheduling & community engagementPublish posts and respond to commentsFlag opportunities to repurpose or boost contentSupplier & partner liaisonBrief agencies or media partnersSupply assets and audience lists, confirm campaign targetingCampaign reportingPull weekly dashboards (opens, clicks, CPL, etc.)Highlight quick wins and share concise summaries with the teamWhat We’re Looking For1–3 years’ experience in a marketing assistant/executive or similar delivery roleProven juggling skills – you’re comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlinesHands-on knowledge of HubSpot(or another ESP/CRM) for email builds and simple automationsSolid copy-editing basics – you can tweak tone and spot typosConfidence with numbers: you enjoy checking open-rates, click-throughs and cost-per-leadA proactive, sleeves-rolled-up attitude – you like making things happen quicklyNice-to-havesFamiliarity with SalesforceExperience with affiliates, comparison sites or paid social media buyingBasic Canva/Adobe skills for quick asset tweaksWhat You’ll Get£35k–£45k salary, commensurate with experienceUnlimited free classes at Rox Life & Reformer Pilates, right downstairsFlexible working hours within an office-first cultureA supportive team that values initiative and rapid executionThe chance to make a visible impact in a high-growth, agile companyIf you’re keen to roll up your sleeves and bring marketing campaigns to life, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
