Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join a leading hospitality company based in London. This role will be instrumental in driving brand awareness, developing and executing marketing strategies, and ensuring the continued growth and success of the business in a highly competitive market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality marketing, a deep understanding of consumer behaviour, and the ability to lead campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company’s brand, services, and unique offerings.
- Manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, SEM, and display advertising.
- Work closely with the sales and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals and objectives.
- Lead the creation of engaging content for all marketing materials, including website copy, brochures, social media posts, and email newsletters.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends and opportunities for growth.
- Track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across campaigns.
- Oversee brand consistency and ensure that all marketing efforts align with the company’s core values and identity.
- Build and nurture relationships with key media partners, influencers, and external agencies.
- Support the development of promotional events and partnerships to drive customer engagement and brand loyalty.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Creative thinking with the ability to innovate and develop impactful marketing campaigns.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with hospitality marketing trends, customer behaviour, and competitive landscape in the London market.
- A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
