Senior Manager - Marketing Science
Covent Garden, London (Hybrid - 3 days in-office incl. Fridays)
£50,000 - £60,000 (up to £65k DOE)
Experience: 2-4 years in analytics, media, or data science
A growing digital agency in Central London is looking for a Senior Manager - Marketing Science to join their high-performing team. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of media and data, leading technical delivery across a range of marketing analytics projects.
You'll act as the day-to-day technical lead across several client accounts, supporting both media and data science teams. From marketing mix modelling and attribution to lifetime value analysis and propensity modelling, your insights will help drive campaign and business decisions.
The agency is investing heavily in its data capabilities, and this role is key to that growth.
Lead technical delivery across projects such as MMM, LTV, incrementality, and dashboarding
Bridge the gap between media activation and advanced analytics
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients
Guide junior analysts and provide technical support
Work across sectors on both tactical and strategic data projects
2-4 years' experience in data science, marketing science, or analytics (media or agency experience preferred)
Skilled in Python (essential), with experience in at least two of the following: MMM, Attribution, Propensity Modelling
SQL and R are nice to have
Strong strategic thinking and a commercial mindset
A proactive, problem-solving approach with strong communication skills
