You'll work closely with key stakeholders across the business, bringing energy, creativity, and leadership to a fast-paced and varied environment.To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in agriculture and a genuine passion for the industry. An understanding of the sector and its audience is essential to ensure our messaging resonates and our campaigns deliver real impact.ResponsibilitiesLead, support, and develop the Marketing team, including setting KPIs and Personal Development Plans.Own and manage a comprehensive marketing calendar, including promotions, trade events, campaigns, and digital activity.Prioritise marketing projects based on strategic value, impact, and business benefit.Collaborate across departments to deliver innovative, customer-focused marketing solutions.Ensure all marketing activity aligns with brand guidelines, business objectives, and budget.Analyse performance across all channels to inform future strategy and optimise results.Represent the business at industry shows and events, identifying trends and opportunities.Stay ahead of emerging marketing technologies and industry developments to drive innovation.Agricultural background or interestEssential SkillsStrong leadership skills, with experience in managing and developing a team, setting KPIs, and driving performance.Excellent written and visual communication skills, with a proven ability to produce compelling content and campaigns.Strategic mindset, able to prioritise projects based on business impact and align marketing activity with wider company goals.Collaborative approach, working effectively across departments and with stakeholders to deliver customer-focused solutions.Commercial awareness, with the ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements.Highly organised, able to manage a busy marketing calendar and deliver projects to tight deadlines.Self-motivated and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced environment and juggling multiple priorities.Positive and proactive attitude, tackling challenges with enthusiasm and driving innovation.Strong integrity and interpersonal skills, building trusted relationships and communicating with clarity and respect.CIM Qualification or Marketing degree (desirable)Enhanced BenefitsAnnual leave entitlement starting at 23 days plus bank holiday, increasing with length of service up to 28 days plus bank holidaysMatched Pension SchemeLife Assurance (4 times basic salary)FREE BUPA healthcare and Dental PlanLong Service Awards at 5, 10, 15, 20 and 30 yearsAdditional InformationYou may be required to travel for work duties. #J-18808-Ljbffr
