ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote IC Training's courses and services.Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, website, and paid advertising platforms.Create engaging content (blogs, social posts, newsletters, videos) to build brand awareness and attract learners.Analyse marketing performance metrics, track ROI, and adjust strategies accordingly.Build partnerships with local organisations, schools, and community groups to expand reach.Manage the company's website and ensure content is up to date and SEO-optimised.Coordinate events, open days, and community engagement initiatives to promote our training programmes.Oversee marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaigns.Work closely with internal teams to align marketing with business goalsQualificationsProven experience as a Marketing Manager (preferably in education, training, or a related sector).Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email automation, analytics).Excellent communication and copywriting skills.Creative thinker with the ability to design campaigns that engage and convert.Strong project management and organisational skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of the local Ilford community and training/education sector is a plus.OtherDisability Confident: A Disability Confident employer will generally offer an interview to any applicant that declares they have a disability and meets the minimum criteria for the job as defined by the employer.
