About us

We’re the UK’s largest long-term savings and retirement business. We offer a range of products across our market-leading brands, Standard Life, SunLife, Phoenix Life and ReAssure. We’re a FTSE 100 organisation that is tackling key issues such as transitioning our portfolio to net zero by 2050.

The role

This role provides a great opportunity for a B2B marketing specialist to help shape and deliver the marketing plans for our adviser audience across multiple channels. You’ll get the chance to collaborate with a range of teams across our Group Brand and Marketing function and Retail Intermediary area, building relationships with stakeholders across the business.

On a day-to-day basis, you’ll help us create and shape marketing communications that maximise impact to our adviser audience, including events, awards and marketing campaigns, making sure activity is measured against defined KPIs and is consistent with brand guidelines.

What are we looking for?

  • Existing experience of working in the financial services industry with strong B2B marketing experience, prior knowledge of pensions and, in particular, investments would also be an advantage.
  • A demonstrable track record of developing and delivering successful multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns
  • Experience of working with creative teams and partners to deliver compelling campaigns about complex financial topics with tangible results
  • An excellent project manager with a strong track record of delivery
  • Ability to adapt and work at pace to deliver to tight deadlines calmly and effectively.

We want to hire the whole version of you. We are committed to ensuring that everyone feels accepted and welcome applicants from all backgrounds. If your experience looks different from what we’ve advertised and you believe that you can bring value to the role, we’d love to hear from you.

If you require any adjustments to the recruitment process, please let us know so we can help you to be at your best.

Please note that we reserve the right to remove adverts earlier than the advertised closing date. We encourage you to apply at the earliest opportunity.
