Marketing Manager • £45,000 • Monday to Friday • 4 days in Office and 1 day WFH

We are recruiting for a Marketing Manager to join our client’s market leading organisation. The role involves delivering both brand and digital marketing strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and commercial growth. This position combines creative brand leadership with digital expertise, ensuring every campaign, channel and customer touchpoint reflects the brand’s vision while achieving measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives and drives revenue growth.
  • Identify target markets and customer segments.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Participate in management team meetings to provide strategic marketing insights and ensure marketing goals are aligned with the company's overall vision and objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Head of Finance on budgetary decisions, resource allocation, and long-term planning.
  • Lead all digital marketing efforts, driving growth through data-led decision-making and cutting-edge digital channels.
  • Manage and collaborate with an external digital agency to ensure campaigns are strategically aligned, performance-driven, and deliver measurable results.
  • Manage and optimise key performance channels including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and web analytics to maximise ROI and audience reach.
  • Use data insights and A/B testing to continuously refine campaigns, enhance user experience, and improve conversion performance across all digital touchpoints.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, drive engagement, and support commercial objectives.
  • Oversee creative development, messaging, and visual identity to ensure alignment with brand values and tone of voice.
  • Manage and lead a social media team responsible for executing high-performing campaigns across key platforms.
  • Oversee content strategy and creative output for Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and audience engagement goals.
  • Manage and lead a multidisciplinary creative team to deliver impactful, on-brand visual content across all channels.
  • Drive the development of high-quality digital assets, campaign visuals, and storytelling content that strengthen brand identity and support wider marketing objectives.
  • Work closely with the distribution team to develop marketing materials and campaigns that support B2B sales.
  • Collaborate with sales and creative teams to produce engaging trade assets, in-store materials, and promotional initiatives that drive sell-through and brand visibility.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
