We’re searching for a Stoke-on-Trent-based Field Marketing Manager to join our Growth Marketing team, so that we can drive targeted campaigns that support sales and generate pipeline across the UK and Ireland. The Field Marketing Manager will lead integrated campaigns and event strategies to support customer acquisition, cross-sell, upsell, and engagement. 

 

How You’ll Spend Your Time  

    • Deliver integrated campaigns across digital and events to generate pipeline and support sales goals 
    • Collaborate with sales to ensure campaigns meet their needs and drive measurable outcomes 
    • Manage budgets and campaign pacing to maximise ROI across growth activities 
    • Optimise the marketing funnel by identifying friction points and improving conversion 
    • Implement account-based marketing and lifecycle tactics to increase engagement and customer value

    Do you thrive on delivering integrated marketing and working alongside sales to make sure the campaigns drive demand? Are you comfortable creating campaign messages and developing integrated tactics across events and digital to help engage targets and develop pipeline?

    We are looking for a Field Marketing Manager who thrives on delivering marketing outcomes, not just marketing campaigns. You’ll be purpose driven and care about our mission to raise the standard of care across the markets we serve in UK and Ireland. We are a fast moving and ambitious team, market leaders in our field and steeped in the markets we serve, but don’t let the strength of our large customer base fool you, we are all about doing more and all about making things happen. You’ll be the link between marketing and sales bringing campaigns to life,  driving customer acquisition, cross selling, up selling and customer engagement.

    You will love data, and use it to not only drive impact but also help sales see opportunity and value. Creative and innovative, you act fast but also play the long game, planning and delivering targeted multi-channel activity that nurtures your targets so they build confidence to say yes.
