Marketing Manager Salary: £50,000 per annum + Package Location: Site Based & Homeworking + Regular Organised travel to Birmingham & London required Are you a dynamic generalist who thrives on variety, storytelling, and strategic impact? We’re looking for a self-starter who can juggle priorities, craft compelling narratives, influence stakeholders and drive brand engagement with purpose. This is a broad and interesting role supporting one of the largest areas of our business in B2B and B2C. What we are looking for
creative communicator with a passion for brand & purpose strategic thinker who understands how to evaluate marketing impact & outcomes storyteller who can turn data and insight into engaging campaigns hands‑on team player who is happy to get things done, from planning to execution collaborator who works across teams to deliver high‑impact communications
To be successful you require: We need someone who can lead and guide with credibility and expertise on marketing and comms solutions. Must be able to think strategically to develop plans, but also be practical, dynamic and hands‑on to get things done. i.e. equally happy coming up with a campaign strategy as creating a workshop leaflet.
