Develop, deliver and manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns that attracts occupiers, customers and commercial partnerships. Work with the wider team to track footfall, sales, performance and more Research, analyse and position the Birmingham project so it attracts ideal occupants and tenants Identify and increase commercial opportunities
PR and Community Engagement
Coordinate, manage, and lead year round conferences, PR and community events Maximise customer experience and feedback
Leasing (training is available for this part if needed, and it won’t be an immediate duty - Marketing first)
Create a pipeline of prospective tenants through outreach, networking and events Engage on short and long term opportunities for prospective occupiers
Skills
Demonstrated experience in delivering results in dynamic, high-pressure, environments Proven experience working in a Marketing position to attract high-profile businesses Commercial property experience is a bonus Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm Private healthcare, gym membership, mobile allowance 25 days holiday + bank holidays
