We are looking for an accomplished Marketing Manager to elevate the quality and consistency of our Marketing output, manage and grow our current UK marketing team, and liaise with key stakeholders (UK-based and in other branches) to ensure a supreme synergy with international campaigns.
Event planning, Digital and Branding are strands of Marketing with local UK presence. In cooperation with the senior management team, our Marketing Manager will be responsible for nurturing these talents to optimise performance and accelerate professional growth, in addition to expanding the team.
What are you going to do as a Marketing Manager?
At its core, the role will involve understanding the industry in which we operate, collaborating with colleagues from all over the globe to help unify Marketing projects, and presenting a global image of TOPdesk whilst working with our Managing Director to account for local strategy.
The role will be an addition to our UK management team and report directly into our Managing Director. You will be a totem for the ideation and execution of Marketing activities, bringing good levels of experience coupled with visionary thinking to impact awareness of TOPdesk within the ITSM sector. A key responsibility will be the competence to analyse data and report into key stakeholders whilst projecting and advising the business on strategic decision-making.
It is crucial that the Marketing Manager manages by example, bringing a verve that will inspire colleagues both experienced and newly burgeoning in their relative knowhow. Happy to give and receive feedback in an open and non-judgemental creative environment.
Are you our new Marketing Manager?
What we offer
Take note
The successful candidate must, by the start of the employment, have permission to work in the UK.
At TOPdesk, we’re passionate about creating an inclusive workplace that promotes and values diversity. We welcome and encourage applications from people of all backgrounds, ages, identities, religions, disabilities, and with a culturally or linguistically diverse background.
Research shows that, unlike men, women and people from disadvantaged backgrounds are much less likely to apply for a role they don’t meet 100% of the criteria for. If you feel like you meet most but not all the criteria and genuinely have a strong passion for, and desire to learn then we’d be happy to help you acquire those skills at TOPdesk and encourage you to apply.
Please give us some background in your cover letter so we know how to consider your application. We embrace flexibility to allow our people to manage the changing demands of work, personal, and family life.
