This pivotal role will shape and lead the organisation’s marketing strategy, driving brand growth, client acquisition, and market presence across the UK and international markets.The RoleAs Marketing Manager, you will take full ownership of the marketing function, from strategy development to execution and performance measurement. This is a hands-on newly created role where you will design and deliver impactful, data-driven campaigns that generate leads, enhance brand positioning, and support the company’s ambitious growth plans.You will manage relationships with agencies and partners, oversee budgets to ensure strong ROI, and lead the development of marketing content and collateral. Additionally, you’ll mentor and manage one junior marketing administrator supporting their professional growth and ensuring high-quality delivery.This is a unique opportunity to shape the marketing agenda from the ground up, with the freedom to innovate and make a visible impact from day one.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement an integrated marketing strategy aligned with business objectivesLead digital marketing activity, including SEO, paid search, social, email, and website optimisationRefresh and elevate brand positioning, messaging, and visual identityOversee the creation of engaging content, campaigns, and thought leadership materialsManage budgets, track KPIs, and deliver regular performance reporting to senior leadershipLead relationships with agencies, designers, copywriters, and media partnersSupport, develop, and manage a junior marketing/admin team memberDrive data-led decision-making and continuous improvement across marketing activityAbout YouExperience in marketing, within training, consultancy, education or professional development sectors - ideally from an SME.Proven track record of delivering measurable ROI and ROAS through integrated marketing campaignsStrong expertise in SEO, paid media, email, and content marketingExperienced in managing budgets, external partners, and agency relationshipsConfident in brand strategy, messaging, and positioningHighly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused with excellent communication skillsExperience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)Knowledge of international markets and a creative flair for storytelling and designReady to ApplyApplications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and interviews will be conducted as they are received.
