Position: Marketing Manager

Location: Stoke on Trent

Monday – Friday (Office based

Salary – Depending on Experience

Seeking an ambitious and dynamic Marketing Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit to lead their marketing team. The successful candidate should possess a fun edge, be passionate about marketing and business growth, and hold themselves accountable. Ideally within the beauty or retail / wholesale industry.

Experience & Duties

· Run new and ongoing campaigns.

· Understand how campaigns through our marketing systems are performing.

· Focus on re-engaging current customer base and focus on growing spends.

· Managing of our ambassador programme to ensure programme is maximising its growth.

· Planning events for product launches and working alongside directors to execute a successful launch.

· Work with SEO team to look at how we are ranking internationally and see what income is being returned as a result.

· Evaluating campaigns and getting the best out of customers.

· Looking at how we target certain geographical areas and how best to market to them.

· Coming up with new and innovative ideas on new ways of launching products.

· Working alongside the graphics, social and videography team and managing their own team member
