Overview B2B Marketing Manager - 12m FTC (Maternity Cover) – £40,000 pa – Bidford-on-Avon We are proud to represent a leading distributor to the manufacturing sector based in Bidford-on-Avon who require experienced leadership cover within their Marketing team. As this is a maternity cover role, the successful candidate will need to feel confident taking initiative and working independently, as well as working as part of a wider team alongside Sales and providing strategic guidance to junior Marketing colleagues. Responsibilities
Take initiative and work independently while contributing to the broader Marketing team. Collaborate with Sales and provide strategic guidance to junior Marketing colleagues.

Experience Required
Google Ads/Paid Advertising Familiarity with both Google Search & Google Shopping Email Marketing Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) Familiarity with creating & running European campaigns (beneficial) Solid understanding of best practices & importance of meta information Understanding of how AI is changing organic traffic and how to best benefit from this (favourable, not necessity) Familiarity with GA4 Analytics/Search Console/Google Shopping Other elements of the Marketing Communications mix Exhibitions
