Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Market Insight
  • Define and implement a local marketing strategy in alignment with global brand and engagement goals.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify user needs, emerging trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Adapt global communication and promotional strategies to suit market-specific nuances.
  • Create yearly marketing plans and quarterly tactical roadmaps.
  • Campaign Execution & Optimization
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, push notifications, etc.).
  • Ensure relevance of messaging through content selection, subject line optimization, and A/B testing.
  • Monitor campaign performance and audience engagement; adjust tactics based on insights.
  • Manage local email templates and audience segmentation to drive open and click-through rates.
  • Performance Reporting & Analytics
  • Track and report on KPIs, campaign outcomes, and resource allocation.
  • Provide regular updates on market performance and strategic insights to the global team.
  • Partnerships & Local Activation
  • Build and maintain relationships with medical associations, hospitals, and other healthcare organizations.
  • Support local partnership initiatives and co-branded marketing efforts aligned with the content strategy.
  • Represent organization at local congresses and relevant events to build visibility and engagement.
  • Platform, QA & Operational Management
  • Ensure product excellence through user testing (UAT, beta releases) and ongoing quality control.
  • Liaise with legal, compliance, and regulatory teams to ensure adherence to policies and standards.
  • Local Insights & Business Adaptation (NEW section, or merged with Strategic Planning)
  • Understand local business environment, user priorities, and competitor landscape.
  • Identify and gather user feedback through surveys and/or customer focus groups.
  • Collaborate with global and local teams to tailor organization Networks offerings to market needs.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in medical communications/journalism, marketing, or related field
  • Native speaker of English
  • Well versed in the healthcare system and HCPs culture
  • Familiar with basic medical knowledge or ability to learn on the job
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced hybrid environment
