OverviewMarketing ManagerSalary £45,000 + BenefitsHybrid with 1 day working from home and 4 days in the office. Early start and finish daily.We have a fantastic opportunity with one of our leading clients based in Leeds, recruiting for a Marketing Manager. This is a key recruit for the business with responsibility for reviewing and implementing the 3-year Marketing strategy. You will focus on branding and strategy for the full product portfolio, with involvement in product development, roadmaps, conversion and retention. You will attend and report at monthly board meetings and manage marketing budgets. You will work directly with the MD and Sales Director to align the Marketing plan with a focus on driving engagement and new business opportunities. Our client offers superb working conditions, ongoing support and development opportunities, and a hybrid work arrangement.What we are looking for in the right candidateOur client is looking for a strategic and highly skilled Marketing Manager with a generalist background and strong knowledge of email marketing and broader sales objectives. A Manager who can effectively lead the Marketing strategy for the business, implement training where needed, and focus on the return on investment that the role will bring to the business, with the ability to deliver on growth within the organisation. You will have evidence of continuous professional development in Marketing and be looking for a progressive business where your role can make a real difference.Key Areas of ResponsibilityEvaluate all marketing activity for the business and develop an effective 3-year marketing plan.Develop and manage the customer journey, including roadmaps and retention strategies.Work with and support the sales team on a plan focused on lead generation and broader business development.Manage internal and external communications, including external media campaigns and crisis communications.Create content, schedule email campaigns and manage results.Collaborate with the Sales Director to deliver measurable increases in lead generation and sales conversion and work on joint marketing plans.Manage brand identity and ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines.Attend monthly board meetings and report on overall Marketing activity and performance aligned with budgets.Analyse marketing data and produce reports that drive decision-making.Conduct ongoing research with stakeholder groups to assess brand performance and contribute to strategic planning.Develop the CRM to manage effective and relevant market and industry data.Skills & KnowledgeExperience within a generalist Marketing Management role covering strategy, branding, marketing communications including PR, events, sales alignment, and copywriting.Evidence of continuous professional development in marketing.Strong strategic planning and analytical abilities.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Highly organised, creative and results-driven.Experience with HubSpot is desirable.Knowledge and experience using AI tools.If you have the skills and level of experience outlined above, we are keen to hear from you.
