OSP comprises access to Ocado's physical automation, allowing highly efficient preparation of orders, together with the full end-to-end software applications required to operate a world class online grocery business. Since 2017 we have signed agreements with several of the world’s largest grocers and operate with partners globally.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to join the Ocado Solutions' Marketing team, where you will apply your skills to educate and inspire prospective customers about cutting-edge technology. You will own and deliver our new business marketing plan to drive commercial growth, collaborating with the Central Communication team and the New Business teams to raise awareness of OSP and nurture prospects in key markets. You will own, manage and evolve a library of assets and proof points, including case studies and testimonials.ResponsibilitiesSupport the development of the marketing strategy and execute the new business marketing plan: building integrated campaigns that meet overall business objectives and requirements of international target markets.Identify and leverage go-to-market and communications channels to engage with prospects at different points of the sales cycle—from awareness and education through to qualification and assessment of needs.Own and manage prospect nurture campaigns and workflows via Hubspot, working with the New Business team to segment target audiences and track engagement and campaign performance.Own and manage the Ocado Solutions web content, collaborating with Corporate Communications and Product Marketing to ensure clear, compelling representation of Ocado’s solutions.Lead and support partner reference programmes, building case studies and proof points that validate our credibility in online grocery and reflect market positioning.Develop cross-functional relationships and ensure regular communication across the business; act as the key liaison between Marketing and New Business, prioritising projects and driving value.QualificationsAt least 3 years of experience delivering B2B marketing campaigns in a tech company, targeting senior and C-level audiences.Experience delivering and measuring ROI from campaigns via CRM tools (ideally Hubspot).Storytelling skills with the ability to distill complex products and concepts into clear, simple, impactful messages; excellent writing and language skills.Strong understanding of leveraging digital and offline marketing channels (including events, webinars, LinkedIn, website) to deliver integrated messaging.Driven self-starter with a laser focus on results and an ability to perform in fast-moving, dynamic environments.Confident, self-motivated with a bias for action, sense of urgency and ownership.Strong stakeholder and relationship management across different parts and levels of the organisation.Benefits30 days “working from anywhere in the world” policy.Wellbeing support through dedicated apps and an Employee Assistance Programme.25 days annual leave, rising to 27 days after 5 years’ service (plus optional holiday purchase).Pension scheme with options including employer contribution matching up to 7%.Generous Private Medical Insurance (from the first month of joining).Income Protection (up to 50% of salary for 3 years) and Life Assurance (3 x annual salary).22 weeks paid maternity/primary parent leave and 6 weeks paid paternity leave (subject to service requirements).Train Ticket loan (interest-free), Cycle to Work Scheme, and free shuttle buses to Hatfield and Welwyn Garden City offices.Opportunity to participate in Sharesave and Buy as You Earn schemes.15% discount on Ocado.com and free delivery for all employees (within the first month of joining). #J-18808-Ljbffr
