Overview Games Workshop is looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to join our Customer Engagement Team and strengthen our marketing efforts across Europe. If you have a deep love of Warhammer, proven experience leading creative teams and a genuine passion for ensuring our global marketing campaigns continue to inspire and engage both new and existing hobbyists, then this could be the perfect role for you. As our Marketing Manager, you'll support sales growth by bringing Warhammer's global marketing strategy to life across multiple European markets. Bringing clarity to every aspect of your communication will be key, as you'll be responsible for analysing marketing performance, extracting insights on customer behaviour and campaign effectiveness, and sharing this with senior managers and the wider team to help shape future plans. You'll also work closely with local retail teams to ensure marketing activity aligns with store traffic and customer recruitment goals. Being a creative problem solver, you will see the bigger picture and understand that every European market has its own identity and complexities, where trends can evolve quickly. The ideal person will thrive in this fast-moving environment, adapting quickly and looking for innovative ways to tailor campaigns so they connect with local audiences. To be successful in this role, you'll bring demonstrable experience in delivering marketing content across multiple channels and driving growth through digital marketing. More than this, we're looking for someone who is calm and pragmatic under pressure, open to feedback and is a passionate advocate for everything that makes Warhammer special.
