OverviewWe\'re looking for a Marketing Lead to shape and execute the marketing strategy for Pleo Embedded - positioning us as a trusted partner in the embedded finance and fintech ecosystem. You\'ll be responsible for building our brand presence, driving partner acquisition, and accelerating pipeline growth through a blend of performance marketing, thought leadership, and event marketing.What You\'ll Be DoingDesign and lead a performance marketing strategy to drive awareness and acquisition of new partners.Manage and optimise paid campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, industry publications) with a clear focus on ROI.Build and deliver a thought leadership programme that positions Pleo Embedded at the forefront of the embedded finance space.Create compelling content including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and webinars - working with internal experts and external partners.Plan and execute high-impact events and roundtables to accelerate pipeline opportunities.Secure speaking opportunities and participation at key industry conferences to grow brand visibility and credibility.Continuously analyse marketing performance data, generate insights, and adapt strategies to maximise impact.Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally within fintech, SaaS, or embedded finance.A track record of delivering successful performance marketing campaigns and achieving acquisition goals.Strong storytelling and content creation skills, with examples of thought leadership content you\'ve led or published.Demonstrated experience in event marketing - from planning and execution to lead generation outcomes.Proficiency in marketing analytics and automation tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce).A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution - you can design the plan and roll up your sleeves to deliver it.Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work seamlessly across cross-functional teams.About Pleo EmbeddedNow we\'re embarking on an entirely new venture - breaking into a bold, unexplored business area reporting directly to our CEO, Jeppe Rindom.
