At Lidl, there is More to Value.This programme is designed to give you a structured two-year development across three core areas of Marketing: Media & Strategy, Campaigns, and Engagement. You will work with in-house teams and external agencies to support campaigns from development to implementation, across channels including TV, radio, in-store, and online. You will also collaborate with our international colleagues on global partnerships and bring local store marketing and events to life, ensuring products and brands are seen and heard through innovative PR and awards.Across each team, you will feed into our in-house production and creative team, who design, artwork and create everything from stills to moving image and photography.What you’ll doThe Marketing Graduate Programme will take you through an intense, demanding but incredibly rewarding two years of structured development across the three core areas of Marketing:Media & Strategy: strategic planning, marketing strategy and media; work with agencies to plan and buy media to ensure Lidl advertising is seen in the right place, at the right time, by the right people.Campaigns: project-manage all brand, trade driving and business-as-usual campaigns from development to implementation; manage all channels for a campaign with in-house and external partners.Engagement: build meaningful moments through partnerships, events and comms; collaborate with international colleagues on partnerships (e.g., UEFA) and support local store marketing and events; drive innovative PR and award-winning activity.You will work with our in-house production and creative teams to deliver campaign assets across formats.Minimum qualificationsMinimum 2:2 degree (in any discipline), awarded in 2024, 2025 or 2026, but must be graduated by September 2026Experience working within a marketing-based role is advantageousPassion for working as part of a team and ability to work independentlyDesire to learn, develop and challenge yourself in a demanding and dynamic environmentA naturally analytical mindset with plenty of common senseAttention to detailEntrepreneurial flair, adaptable and highly drivenDecisive and able to cope with the pressure of demanding targets and deadlinesCommunicates confidently and effectivelyAlready live - or happy to relocate - within a one-hour commute of Lidl GB Head Office, Tolworth, SurreyGerman language skills desirable but not essentialSalary and benefits£40,000 per annum30 days holiday (pro rata)10% in-store discountPension schemeFree on-site gymPlus, more of the perks you deserveAdditional 10% non-contractual London Weighting allowanceAt Lidl, we value diversity, equity, and inclusion, welcoming applicants from all backgrounds.
