We prove that at Lidl, there is More to Value.We strive for distinctiveness to advocate our point of difference, across everything from signage and leaflets in store, to social media, PR and TV campaigns you see at home!ResponsibilitiesThe Marketing Graduate Programme will take you through an intense, demanding but incredibly rewarding two years of structured development across the three core areas of Marketing:Media & Strategy: strategic planning, marketing strategy and media. Work with agencies; plan and buy media to ensure Lidl advertising is seen in the right place, at the right time, by the right people.The Campaigns team: project managing all brand, trade driving & business as usual campaigns from development to implementation. Work with in-house teams and external creative agencies; manage all channels for a campaign from TV to radio, instore to online.The Engagement team: build relationships with customers through partnerships, events and comms; coordinate with international colleagues on partnerships (e.g., UEFA) and local store marketing/events; manage PR and awards.Across each team, you will work alongside and feed into our inhouse production and creative team, who design, artwork and create everything from stills to moving image and beautifully photography.What you’ll needMinimum 2:2 degree (in any discipline), awarded in 2024, 2025 or 2026, but must be graduated by September 2026Experience working within a marketing-based role is advantageousPassion for working as part of a team and ability to work independentlyDesire to learn, develop and challenge yourself in a demanding and dynamic environmentA naturally analytical mind-set with plenty of common senseAttention to detailEntrepreneurial flair, adaptable and highly drivenDecisive and able to cope with the pressure of demanding targets and deadlinesCommunicates confidently and effectivelyAlready live - or happy to relocate - within a one-hour commute of Lidl GB Head Office, Tolworth, SurreyTo be legally entitled to work in the UK on a full-time basisGerman language skills desirable but not essentialWhat you’ll receive30 days holiday (pro rata)10% in-store discountPension schemeFree on-site gymPlus, more of the perks you deserve*plus an additional 10% non-contractual London Weighting allowance.You’re Lidl like us.
