The programmeJump-start your career in sports marketing with TEAM’s Graduate Talent Programme – an immersive rotational experience in an international environment, running from early 2026 through June 2027 (approximately 18 months).As you rotate through two teams of the Marketing Partnerships department, you’ll gain first-hand experience in areas such as sponsorship, licensing and digital. Additionally, you’ll sharpen your project management skills, build meaningful connections, and develop a holistic understanding of the sports industry. No matter which teams and projects you support, this experience will prepare you for a versatile career in sports marketing – opening the door to potential opportunities within TEAM or beyond.The candidateYou hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree obtained between 2024 and the start of the programme in early 2026. You are at the beginning of your career and eager to put your knowledge into action. Your ability to proactively approach tasks and effectively manage your time allows you to easily adapt and solve problems in a fast-paced environment. Likewise, you understand the importance of putting clients first and delivering work of the highest standard. We prioritise partners’ business goals and needs, delivering industry-leading support across partnership management, digital rights implementation, and UEFA Men's Club Competition (UMCC) brand stewardship.The roleYou will contribute to the success of UEFA Men’s Club Competitions, supporting UEFA and its commercial partners by ensuring the full and seamless delivery of all contractual rights and obligations.This is what your days in the different teams could look like:In the Sponsorship team, you could play a key role in ensuring the effective fulfilment of marketing rights and obligations. This could involve collaborating closely with UEFA’s sponsorship partners to facilitate innovative content creation, overseeing campaign approvals, and contributing to the strategic planning for future activations.In the Licensing team, you could play a key role in delivering a year-round licensing programme that amplifies UEFA’s global base through innovative products and experiential platforms. This may involve turning emerging trends into opportunities for fan engagement, including e-sports, to drive interaction and provide added exposure, activations, and value for commercial partners.Within Digital, your role could involve driving the execution of digital campaigns for UEFA's Men’s Club Competition partners, overseeing social media content planning, and supporting the planning of multi-channel, 360° marketing campaigns across various digital platforms (e.g. Meta, TikTok, X, UEFA.com, email).Additionally, you could have the opportunity to be involved in the organisation of gold-standard meetings and events, such as the UEFA Men’s Club Competition finals or commercial partner site visits. #J-18808-Ljbffr
