Reporting directly to the CMO and working alongside a Junior Marketing Executive, this role is ideal for someone looking to develop and diversify their marketing career within a supportive and collaborative team.You will take ownership of the content calendar and oversee the daily output of varied marketing content, ensuring all campaigns are well-executed, on-brand and delivered to deadline. The role offers scope to be hands-on across content creation, campaign coordination, CRM, SEO, social, video, and reporting-ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, creative environment.Key responsibilities include:Managing and executing a multi-channel content calendarWriting high-quality, on-brand copy for websites, SEO, blogs, and featuresCreating engaging short-form video content and social postsLeading ideation and production of written and visual contentSupporting email campaign builds, automations, and testingCoordinating affiliate marketing assets and partner communicationsSupplying briefs and assets for web page updates and buildsCompiling campaign and departmental reports with actionable insightsPlanning and supporting on shoots, events and cross-team collaborationDelegating and tracking content-related tasks for the Junior ExecutiveProviding occasional PA support to the CMO such as meeting coordination and document preparationRequirementsTo be successful in this Content Marketing Executive position, you will need 2-5+ years of experience in a content-led marketing role, either in-house or agency side. Strong writing skills and a demonstrable portfolio of content (written and video) are highly desirable, alongside experience managing calendars, creating content across various platforms, and using tools such as GA4, CMS platforms, Canva or Adobe Suite.An ability to delegate, guide a junior team member, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously will be highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a positive attitude, and a data-led approach to creative marketing.
