The Sales & Marketing team looks after customers and helps them find and buy a new home. We pride ourselves on putting customers first, and sales and marketing are key in making that vision a reality.Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for implementing marketing plans and creating engaging content across digital and offline channels.You will be expected to:Manage web page content and property portal pages for a positive user experience.Write fresh and engaging web, paid social, and digital content, combining it with high-quality imagery/video assets and ensuring compliance with Brand policy.Support the development of the strategic three-month rolling Divisional marketing plan.Create engaging CRM emails and SMS.Utilize group systems and suppliers to book media and create collateral.Ensure media and creative costings are input and maintained on the rolling divisional marketing plan.Analyze the performance of marketing activity and provide recommendations for improvement.Attend weekly marketing calls with the regional marketing team.Develop and maintain workflow links and relationships with key stakeholders.Assist in delivering the divisional PR plan in conjunction with the PR agency.Assist with implementing site marketing, including Show Home launches and events.Upload development-specific video content to YouTube.To be successful in the role, we are looking for:Ideally, a marketing qualification, although training will be provided.A pro-active attitude and a willingness to learn.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.High level of IT literacy with the ability to learn and utilize various IT systems.Strong copywriting and verbal communication skills.Creative thinker with analytical capability.Ability to work as part of a team and under own initiative.Willingness to embrace change and adapt to new ways of working.Able to build strong relationships with internal colleagues and external agencies.Our company offers a range of benefits, including a competitive salary, bonus scheme, private medical cover, annual medical health assessment, and enhanced family-friendly policies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
