In 2023, Inspired was recognised by Beauhurst as one of the UK's top 10 highest-value private companies.Role SummaryWe are looking for an experienced marketing professional with digital marketing experience to join our rapidly growing marketing team. Reporting to our Head of Social and Digital Engagement, they will be accountable for implementing impactful organic content, paid social advertisements, and marketing campaigns across Inspired schools in the United Kingdom.The Marketing and Digital Executive will work collaboratively with central and regional digital executives to execute best-in-class organic social strategies. This role will involve a dynamic blend of strategic thinking, relationship management, and staying at the forefront of digital trends to optimise organic social media performance in the education sector in the United Kingdom.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and develop a social media centre of excellence across UK schools, ensuring each has an effective digital strategy.Partner with the performance marketing team to plan, optimise, and report on Meta paid social campaigns.Support key marketing priorities set by the UK Marketing Director.Align social strategy with individual school needs, creating relevant content and activity frameworks.Track industry trends, identify new opportunities, and potential revenue streams from emerging social products.Enhance organic and paid social presence with innovative approaches.Work with school leadership to align social activity with their priorities.Improve overall social strategy by finding efficiencies, addressing gaps, and leveraging resources to boost awareness.Manage social campaigns to maximise ROI and report on KPIs including brand awareness, ROI, and retention.Share regular best-practice updates and actionable insights across marketing teams.Analyse performance metrics and provide clear, actionable reports.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in digital media, ideally in a multi-national marketing environment.
