Marketing ExecutiveChester - Hybrid working£27,000paA brilliant opportunity to join an elite organisation executing, evaluating and optimising sales and inspirational e-mails across relevant brands to improve customer retention according to content marketing plans and contribution KPIs.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, create and deploy the email marketing schedule across all relevant brands to an agreed framework (frequency and format)Develop and refine a suite of e-mail templates to ensure the efficient execution of the programmeEnsure alignment of messaging within emails with the content calendar used across all communication channelsPeriodically assess the targeting of emails to maximise sales opportunities and minimise any risk to domain scoresGenerate new campaign ideas to drive performanceTrack competitor activity to identify further opportunitiesDeploy the testing framework across the e-mail schedule, to assess the potential for alternative solutions to drive improved performanceMaintain the KPI report, which shows results for the whole email programme and identify opportunities to constantly improve core metricsBe proactive in working positively and effectively across the wider marketing team and other functions across the businessEnsure all activity is consistent with brand guidelines and integrates with other digital and offline activitySkills and or education required2 years+ experience of working with ESP platformsExperience in email marketing or digital marketing roles with a strong understanding of email marketing principles, best practices, and metrics.Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative and engaging contentStrong business and marketing acumen with an ability to identify business opportunities, deliver results, and adjust plans as appropriateStrong analytical skills with the ability to determine partner or market success focused around ROIResults-driven individual who enjoys working as a team but can also thrive independentlyStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to influence othersMeticulous attention to detail with good time-management and organisational skillsForward thinking and customer-focussedExcellent project management skillsWe are an equal opportunities agency and welcome applicants from all backgrounds. #J-18808-Ljbffr
