Fixed Term Contract/Secondment until 2 nd November 2026 Farringdon hybrid working available We have an exciting opportunity that has arisen for a Marketing Executive to join our dedicated Marketing team at Southern Housing.You'll support the team in ensuring our new homes sales brand, digital development and new homes campaigns reflect the quality of the new homes we are delivering to maximise selling opportunities for developments off-plan. Our ideal candidate will be an outgoing and proactive individual with an interest in new homes sales and knowledge of Shared Ownership, London Living Rent and Outright Sales. You will deliver digital and marketing strategies that lead to the successful delivery of our Southern Housing New Homes brand and our development schemes, through quality data, increased brand visibility and our reputation. Working within the marketing team, you will focus on the development campaigns - planning the media/advertising and utilising individual scheme budgets. You will improve the customer journey online and on site, ensuring the sales collaterals are available and up to date.
