RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team to manage and produce daily, weekly, and monthly marketing performance dashboards and reports
  • Build and deliver email campaigns (including newsletters and targeted communications) to consumers and agents & developers, using our email broadcast platform. Monitor performance and provide detailed post-campaign reporting
  • Brief creative agencies on new digital assets for campaigns, oversee the approvals process, and ensure timely delivery
  • Support our Country Life partnership by selecting property details for ongoing property showcase campaigns, briefing agencies, coordinating agent approvals, and managing post-production actions
  • Create and format artwork reports using in-house templates for brand and industry reports, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and high-quality presentation
  • Drive agent engagement by encouraging fulfilment of co-branding commitments through a structured communication programme
  • Coordinate the efficient dispatch of marketing materials to agents, both regularly and on an ad-hoc basis, and brief external production teams on co-branding kits for new members
  • Monitor stock levels of marketing materials, liaise with external print and production houses, and obtain quotes for reprints and new production
  • Maintain and update content on expert.onthemarket.com, ensuring agents have access to the latest materials and product information
  • Support the organisation and delivery of exhibitions, conferences, and sponsorship opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of high-impact, multi-channel campaigns that effectively engage both B2B and B2C audiences
  • Proactively contribute creative and strategic ideas to enhance campaign performance, ensuring initiatives are innovative, results-driven and aligned with broader business objectives
  • Manage the Marketing inbox, responding to requests from agents, the sales team, and other departments in a timely and professional manner
  • Contribute ideas to drive traffic, generate leads, and enhance the customer journey
  • Stay informed on property industry developments, competitor activity, and emerging marketing innovations
  • QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 12 months relevant digital Marketing experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Strong creative skills with proficiency in design tools such as Canva (or similar), with the ability to produce visually engaging marketing materials
  • Excellent organisational skills, with a proven ability to multi-task, prioritise, and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; confident in producing reports and presentations
  • Experience with WordPress (beneficial)
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics (or similar analytics platforms) and website performance metrics (beneficial)
  • Hands-on experience with an email broadcast platform, with basic HTML knowledge
  • Results-driven, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement
  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
