You will explore and coordinate partner opportunities, manage joint campaigns, create co‑branded materials, and improve campaign performance through regular reporting and analysis.What You’ll Be DoingPartnerships Marketing and Digital Activation: be the primary marketing contact for strategic partners, identify and prioritise co‑marketing opportunities, coordinate a calendar of joint activity, and produce assets for consistent execution across channels.Coordinate a consistent calendar of joint activity, ensuring shared objectives are met through newsletters, events, and digital campaigns.Create and manage partner toolkits (e.g., copy blocks, social templates, imagery) to ensure high‑quality execution across channels.Build and maintain digital campaign assets including landing pages (HubSpot CMS), web modules, and forms, ensuring brand compliance and lead capture.Coordinate the production of creative assets (banners, videos, collateral) with internal teams and external freelancers.Awards Programme Leadership: lead the execution of the awards programme, identify relevant categories, manage submissions, and coordinate communications; maximise visibility and lead generation from shortlists and wins across web, social, email, and partner channels.Measurement and Optimisation: define success metrics (e.g., influenced pipeline, partner‑sourced leads, engagement rates); track and report using HubSpot dashboards and Google Analytics; analyse results and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.Key Success Measures: timely and high‑quality delivery of campaign assets, effective execution of the awards calendar, demonstrable growth in partner‑sourced and partner‑influenced pipeline, and strong collaboration with the Partnerships team and external stakeholders.Essential ExperienceAt least three years of hands‑on marketing experience with ownership of campaign execution.Proven success coordinating joint marketing activities with partners or external stakeholders.Practical experience in digital campaign execution, including creating landing pages, managing event/webinar communications, and generating simple campaign assets.Strong understanding of data quality and compliance (e.g., GDPR) when working with contact lists and basic segmentation.Experience working with creative resources (designers, agencies, or freelancers) to produce high‑quality assets.Excellent written and spoken communication, with the ability to articulate ideas and influence stakeholders.Strong organisational and project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.Experience in reporting and analysis using dashboards to evaluate performance and provide actionable recommendations.Desirable ExperiencePrior B2B marketing experience, ideally within built environment, facilities, or compliance sectors.Proficiency with marketing tools including HubSpot (CMS, email automation, reporting), Google Analytics, LinkedIn, and Canva.Familiarity with partner marketplaces or directory listings.A degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications, or relevant industry certifications (e.g., HubSpot Academy, CIM).What Makes You the Right FitProactive and Highly Organised: take ownership, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high‑quality work.Collaborative Partner: build strong relationships with partners and internal colleagues, with a customer‑first mindset.Analytical and Action‑Oriented: turn data and insights into actionable next steps and seek opportunities to improve.Additional InformationAll candidates must demonstrate a pre‑existing right to work and travel within the UK.
