OverviewLondon, England, United KingdomPurpose of PositionThe UK Technology Partner Consultant will become the acting local expert on all Technology Partners and our Technology Partnerships offering at Awin. Your primary purpose is to strategically drive growth for Awin within this partner segment through direct client relationships and supporting Client Services to scale the growth potential for UK Technology Partnerships. The UK Technology Partner Consultant will support Global Strategic Partnerships, feeding in local nuances and experience. Sitting within the new UK & BNL Partnerships Development Hub the UK Technology Partner Consultant will shape new departmental processes within the team and cross-department across the wider business. Alongside the core focus of Technology Partner success, the role will also support the wider HUB function, driving all local level GP projects and initiatives. The role will require working closely with the BNL Technology Partner and Brand Partnerships Consultant role.Location and presenceBased on the nature of this position, we require someone in this role to work from our London-based office once per week and attend ad hoc UK-based events throughout the year.Key responsibilitiesIncrease local level GP from Technology Partnerships.Lead and communicate the Awin Technology Partner strategy on a local level, harmonise both the regional and global technology sales approaches, and actively share feedback.Plan and deliver effective project working relationships with Global Strategic Partnerships team.Build strong relationships directly with our Technology Partners, understand their USP’s and ensure their needs and concerns are identified and met.Build and maintain new relationships on the brand side to activate more UK partnerships with Technology Partners.Focus on upsell that drives Awin GP, and measure GP success from all customer interactions.Collaborate with Client Services, create cross-departmental processes to align on client target lists, consultative selling strategies, and training where required.Facilitate internal and external roundtables, workshops, and networking events with colleagues and clients.Showcase Awin Technology Partnership opportunities and success through content writing and public speaking.Skills and expertise2-3 years industry experience.Strong understanding of Awin’s technology partner portfolio, and Awin MasterTag setup.Highly organised and self-sufficient, able to take ownership of tasks and deliver results.Good office presence and willingness to attend industry events.Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence decision makers.Proven success in pitching growth opportunities to brands.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for creating content, case studies, and presenting at industry events.Ability to lead internal and external discussion groups and drive growth projects.Our OfferFlexi-Week and Work-Life Balance: We prioritise mental health and wellbeing, offering a flexible four-day Flexi-Week at full pay with no reduction to annual holiday allowance, plus a variety of paid special leaves.Remote Working Allowance: A monthly allowance to cover part of running costs, plus support in setting up a suitable remote workspace.Flexi-Office: Flexible, international culture and hybrid/remote work possibilities across Awin regions.Development: Access to Awin Academy with a wide range of trainings to support professional and personal development.Established in 2000, Awin is proud of its dynamic, social and inclusive culture.Like all businesses, we’ve adapted to virtual environments.
