We are a small, collaborative team with big ambitions, and we’re looking for a driven and creative Marketing Executive to join us as we continue to grow.

As a Marketing Executive, you will play an important role in bridging marketing and sales efforts to drive commercial success and support business growth. You'll manage our social media channels, regularly update our website with engaging, fresh content and assist with innovative content creation, as well as provide light customer service and sales support, and ensure smooth administrative processes. Social Media & Community:
Planning, creating, and scheduling content across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
Monitor social media engagement and respond to community questions or comments in line with our tone of voice.
Track and report on performance metrics and suggest improvements based on data insights.
Website & Content Management:
Maintain and update website content using our CMS (e.g., Ensure all website assets reflect our brand and product messaging.
Manage content uploads, campaign landing pages, and on-page SEO and GEO updates.

Customer Experience:
Help identify common questions or feedback that can inform marketing content and FAQs.
Work closely with the Head of Sales & Marketing to ensure messaging alignment.

Content Coordination & Campaigns:
Create consistent, brand compliant graphics/collateral to support your campaigns by leveraging tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and/or Canva.
Use data-driven insights to identify where future campaigns should be focused and who our target audience is for those campaigns.
Draft marketing emails, newsletters, product & partnership announcements and educational content.
Curate content, images for all platforms, brochures and merchandise.
Coordinate internal timelines for content production with our design and product teams.
Help manage content libraries, image databases, and product assets.
Become Ikawa’s brand guardian, ensuring a cohesive look and feel across all external and internal platforms.

Marketing Administration:
Help keep our project management tools up-to-date and organised.
Assist in coordinating events, product launches, and partnerships (occasional international travel required).
Collaborate with the Sales team to align marketing campaigns with sales goals and identify key customer segments.
Support the execution of lead generation campaigns and track performance through relevant KPIs.
Coordinate email marketing efforts to engage prospects and nurture leads throughout the sales funnel.
Help optimise product listings and promotional materials across eCommerce platforms to drive conversion.
Monitor competitors' marketing and sales tactics to inform strategy and highlight opportunities.
A degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing or related field.
~1–3 years of experience in a marketing role.
~ A proficient understanding of the marketing funnel and how to optimise campaigns accordingly.
~ Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva), and CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress or Shopify).
~ A passion for specialty coffee and sustainability is a big plus.


Experience with email marketing tools (e.g. Familiarity with CRM systems or helpdesk platforms (e.g. Understanding of eCommerce and digital marketing principles.
Understanding of the Specialty Coffee sector, cupping, flavour profiles and coffee grading knowledge.

Hybrid role: 3 days per week at the company’s HQ in Lewisham, London
Holiday allowance : 25 days + Bank holiday
Probation: 3 months
