That’s where you come in.The RoleWe are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Executive to join our team on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, works across branding, digital marketing, internal communications, and recruitment marketing, and collaborates with multiple stakeholders across the business. You’ll be responsible for ensuring consistency in brand messaging, supporting internal and external communications, managing updates to our websites, and supporting recruitment initiatives with engaging, on-brand content and reporting.Our marketing team works closely together and values a strong team spirit, hard work, delivering real business results, and having fun along the way!Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain company branding assets, including logos, bios, and templates.Create branded internal communications materials such as banners, email signatures, and desktop backgrounds.Write and format internal and external communications, including client-facing letters, invitations, and announcements.Assist in planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing campaigns and events, ensuring brand consistency and smooth execution.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support event logistics, materials, and post-event communications.Coordinate access to marketing tools and platforms such as SharePoint.Design and produce recruitment and onboarding materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital assets.Create weekly marketing performance reports and assist with campaign analytics to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.Liaise with developers and internal stakeholders to manage website updates across multiple brands.Write, edit, and review website copy, panel bios, and compliance-related updates.Support SEO initiatives, including monitoring implementation of technical and content improvements.Manage website administration tasks, such as updating fee sheets and regulatory badges.Build, test, and send Mailchimp email campaigns and newsletters.Oversee review site reputation management (e.g., Trustpilot), including monitoring feedback and preparing review reports.RequiredKey Skills & ExperienceDemonstrated experience in marketing, communications, or brand management.Exceptional copywriting and proofreading abilities with a keen eye for tone and accuracy.Proficient in using CMS platforms and marketing tools such as WordPress and Mailchimp.Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.Strong design skills, with proficiency in Canva (or similar) and the ability to create on-brand marketing materials in line with brand guidelines.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build strong collaborative relationships.A positive, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to work.DesiredWorking knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).Experience in legal, professional services, or corporate marketing environments.Familiarity with tools such as Mimecast, SharePoint, or SEO platforms.Basic understanding of HTML and digital content formatting.Why Join Us?We aim to reward your hard work generously.
