Marketing Development Manager
to lead strategic marketing initiatives, identify growth opportunities, and help them expand into new sectors and services. This is a key role at the intersection of marketing, product strategy, and business development — ideal for a results-driven professional with a technical mindset and a strategic outlook. Key Responsibilities: Analyse market trends and identify opportunities for growth across sectors and client segments. Develop and implement marketing strategies to introduce new services and products. Evaluate financial aspects of marketing plans, including budgets, ROI, and expenditure. Manage the development of sales and marketing collateral, including online materials and media kits. Work with external agencies, partners, and influencers to build brand awareness and engagement. Oversee digital marketing performance, including SEO, content, and analytics. Use innovative tools and research techniques to inform strategic marketing decisions. Coordinate with internal teams and outsourced contractors to ensure marketing alignment. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor activity and market positioning.
Requirements: Prior experience in administrative, strategic, or coordination roles with exposure to planning, team leadership, and reporting. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Tech-savvy and able to leverage digital tools for research, analysis, and performance tracking. Experience in or understanding of finance, education, or technology sectors is preferred. Strong problem-solving and innovation mindset. Excellent written and verbal English.
