The role holder will contribute to the ongoing expansion of the global Corporate practice by creating and executing a range marketing and business development strategies and initiatives.The Responsibilities:Assist the M&BD Senior Manager in creating M&BD plans and budgets for practice areas.Oversee the development and implementation of specific initiatives within the M&BD practice area plans.Contribute to the annual budgeting process for practice area M&BD activities.Track and manage spend vs. budget for relevant practice area M&BD budgets.Plan, organise, and execute global industry and client events, including client contact strategies.Manage event logistics, liaise with third-party suppliers, and promote events through social media and the website.Lead the creation and delivery of industry publication contributions and client updates via external channels.Provide training and support on Peppermint CRM, and manage a team of 2 M&BD professionals to ensure the effective execution of plans.The Candidate:Experience in financial or professional services industryEvent organisation experience and CIM qualification preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong team player mentality.The Recruitment Process – How to get it right!The cost and time spent recruiting can vary dramatically depending on the recruitment process you adopt.
